These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TC77 — Pakistan's online gaming and casino platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account, making a deposit or using any part of the TC77 platform.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your TC77 account. This includes your real name, date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TC77 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with anyone. TC77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact TC77 support immediately and change your password without delay.
TC77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard bank cards — process transactions in PKR. TC77 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits made in PKR.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your TC77 account at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change. TC77 will update minimum deposit information within the platform before any changes take effect.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your TC77 balance immediately or within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by the respective mobile wallet. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution. TC77 does not delay the crediting of confirmed deposits.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned and controlled by you personally. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. TC77 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment sources are identified.
Note: Depositing more than you can comfortably afford to lose is strongly discouraged. TC77 supports deposit limits as a responsible gaming tool — you can set these directly in your account settings at any time.
Withdrawals from your TC77 account are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another verified payment account in your name. TC77 does not send withdrawal funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified and in good standing. Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Your cash balance — funds deposited directly without a bonus — is available for withdrawal at any time subject to standard processing checks.

TC77 may request identity or payment verification documentation before processing withdrawals. This is a standard procedure to protect players and the integrity of the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until the information is received.
TC77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotional offers are available to new TC77 accounts only and may be claimed once per individual player, household, device and payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

TC77 offers casino games — including slots, live casino tables, table games and instant games — sourced from certified third-party game providers. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or game interruption, TC77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's balance. TC77 does not honour payouts that result from clear software errors or malfunctions that produced results outside normal game parameters.
Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed by the game system, that result is final. TC77 does not reverse completed game rounds except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction as described above.

TC77 reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has started, where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute about a result, TC77 will use official sources to determine the correct outcome. Settled bets are final once the result has been confirmed and the bet settled in the system.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the permitted timeframe, incorrect odds resulting from a clear pricing error, or where the relevant market is suspended before the event concludes. Void bets are returned to your balance as cash.
Accumulator bets at TC77 are subject to the standard rules applicable to each individual selection within the accumulator. If one selection within an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues at reduced odds based on the remaining selections.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on TC77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

You may request closure of your TC77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any available real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after submission.
An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. TC77 will notify the registered contact before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a balance may be subject to an administration fee as disclosed in the dormancy notice. The balance will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
TC77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, TC77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TC77's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's TC77 account at the time the claim arises. TC77 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages of any nature.
TC77 is not responsible for interruptions to platform access caused by your internet connection, your device, your mobile network provider or circumstances outside TC77's reasonable control.
TC77 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, TC77 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will show a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of TC77 after notice of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using TC77 and request account closure.
